About Lady Lauve

Written by Lance & London

Our mom, LaTrice Lauve, is everything soft and strong at the same time. She raised us with open arms, honest words, and a fearless heart. Watching her evolve from being just our safe space into a healer and leader for so many others has been one of the most powerful things we’ve witnessed.

She’s a Certified Wellness Practitioner with a degree in Integrative Nutrition, trained in breathwork, meditation, and yoga. But to us, she’s always been more than her credentials—she’s been the calm in chaos, the soft place to land, and the example of what it means to lead with heart and rise with grace.

In the last few years, she’s also stepped into the world of education as the Athletic Director and Community Schools Coordinator at Brio College Prep, blending everything she teaches about wellness, leadership, and emotional resilience into real-life student experiences. Whether she’s coaching athletes, guiding students through tough seasons, or holding space for women around the world, her impact is undeniable.

Through Lady Lauve, she helps Black women regulate their nervous systems, heal from emotional wounds, and rediscover their softness in a world that often demands they be hard. She teaches on rejection sensitivity dysphoria, money trauma, parenting with PTSD, self-love, and leadership—not from theory, but from lived experience.

Lady Lauve isn’t just a brand. It’s our mom’s life’s work.
And every course, breathwork ritual, and journal page she creates carries her love, care, and authenticity.

We’ve watched her turn pain into purpose—and now, she helps others do the same.

We’re not just proud. We’re inspired.
